Peace Gong Internship Opportunity
Are you interested in joining a large community of global changemakers working towards social impact? Are you looking for an internship/volunteer opportunity in a social start-up working towards community development? Are you interested in research, social media, youth advocacy, or simply looking to advance your career aspirations?
Over the course of the last 2 weeks, we have been overwhelmed with the applications we have received. We truly believe that the youth has the power to advance SDGs, create a lasting social impact, and be the change they want to see in the world!
As we expand our team, the Peace Gong Fellowship now invites applications for interns/team heads to lead our initiative to new heights.
Roles/Responsibilities include:
- Screening/interviewing applicants
- Collaborating with our global mentors
- Content writing/leading your “department”
- Being yourself: We look to learn from you as much as you from us!
Duration/Tenure:
3-month engagement period with 4-5 hours of work each week. If you like the experience, you can permanently hold a position at the Peace Gong and coordinate our Global Chapters. The entire tenure is virtual.
Starting date:
Flexible- you can join us between 10 May 2024 to 30 May 2024!
Eligibility:
While we prefer college students/recent graduates (up to 3 years ago), we also accept applications from the youth in refugee communities who have not been enrolled in formal education. The only criteria is stable internet connection, some experience/interest in the position, and having a passion towards SDGs.
