Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with campaign leadership and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and operational efficiency.
Core responsibilities include:
- Providing operational leadership and workflow management for the Inequality, Economic and Climate Justice Advocacy and Campaigns Team.
- Supporting the implementation of strategic decisions made by campaign leadership.
- Coordinating administrative processes and strengthening internal knowledge management systems.
- Managing project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for a priority global campaign.
- Working closely with the Campaign Strategist and project teams to deliver annual advocacy initiatives.
- Supporting the coordination of Oxfam’s high-profile global campaign around the World Economic Forum.
- Promoting effective collaboration across international teams and partners.
