Oxfam Seeks an Operations Manager for Global Inequality, Economic and Climate Justice Team – Apply by 15 July 2026

Supporting Oxfam’s Global Advocacy Agenda
The Operations Manager will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of Oxfam International’s Inequality, Economic and Climate Justice Advocacy and Campaigns Team. Reporting to the Head of Campaign, the successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operational management, strengthen internal coordination, and help deliver one of Oxfam’s flagship annual global campaigns.
The role combines operational leadership, project management, workflow coordination, and knowledge management to ensure campaign teams can effectively deliver advocacy initiatives focused on poverty, inequality, and climate justice.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational systems that support campaign planning and implementation across the global team.
Core responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day operational leadership for the Inequality, Economic and Climate Justice Advocacy and Campaigns Team
- Managing team workflows and operational priorities
- Supporting campaign leadership in implementing strategic decisions
- Strengthening administrative processes and coordination mechanisms
- Developing and maintaining effective knowledge management systems
- Coordinating with the Campaign Strategist and project teams
- Supporting planning, implementation, and reporting for Oxfam’s flagship annual campaign linked to the World Economic Forum meeting
- Providing project management support for one priority campaign each year
The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across multiple regions to ensure campaign activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational priorities.
