Key Role in Programme Coordination and Development

- Ensuring compliance with financial and audit requirements.
- Strengthening monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems.

Qualifications and Experience Required
UNFPA is seeking highly qualified professionals with a strong background in international development and programme management.
Minimum requirements include:
- An advanced university degree in public health, population studies, international development, development economics, social sciences, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in programme management.
- Expertise in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), gender equality, gender-based violence (GBV), population dynamics, or health economics.
- Demonstrated experience in results-based management and donor reporting.
- Proven ability to provide coaching and technical support to national staff and implementing partners.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of another official United Nations language will be considered an advantage.
