Key Responsibilities

The Project Management Support Specialist will play a central role in operational delivery, coordination, and partnership management.

1. Project Implementation and Oversight

The incumbent will:

  • Support preparation and revision of project documents
  • Monitor implementation progress and produce reports
  • Track budgets, expenditures, and financial performance
  • Maintain project systems and risk logs

2. Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years (Master’s) or 7 years (Bachelor’s) of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in project design, management, or implementation
  • Experience supporting governments or development partners
  • Familiarity with UN systems or international organizations (desirable)
  • Experience in health systems or infrastructure projects (preferred)
