The role reports to the Resource Mobilization Partnership Specialist within the UNFPA Country Office in Afghanistan.

Job Purpose

The Analyst supports the design, coordination, and implementation of resource mobilisation and partnership strategies. This includes:

• Strengthening donor engagement

• Preparing analytical and communication materials
• Tracking funding opportunities and pipeline development

The role works closely with programme and communications teams to ensure alignment between programme priorities, funding strategies, and external visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Engagement
