Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Relationship Management

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Analyse supplier performance and identify gaps
  • Track non-performance issues and ensure corrective actions

    • Supplier compliance rates
    • Service delivery standards

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with:
    • Global Account Directors
    • Operations and functional teams
    • Procurement and country-level stakeholders
  • Engage with customers to report progress and manage risks
  • Build strong relationships across internal and external networks
