Core Purpose of the Role

Candidate Profile and Required Experience

- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese
- Experience in policy, analytical, or programme coordination roles
- Familiarity with government or multilateral engagement
- Experience synthesising research into structured outputs
Preferred attributes include:
- Experience working across international, national, or subnational policy levels
- Exposure to climate finance or public finance systems
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies
- Strong communication and writing skills for policy audiences
