About the Youth World Summit 2026

The Youth World Summit 2026 is a global convening that will bring together young leaders, students, professionals, and changemakers from around the world in Paris, France, from 11 to 14 June 2026. Hosted by the Center for International Policy and Sustainability (CIPS), the summit serves as an international platform for dialogue, learning, and collaboration on youth policy, leadership, peace, and sustainable development.

The summit is designed to bridge ideas with action by empowering young people to engage meaningfully with global policy frameworks, strengthen leadership capacities, and build cross-border networks. Participants will contribute national and regional perspectives to shared global challenges while developing skills that extend well beyond the summit experience.

Global Representation and Scholarship Opportunities

Youth World Summit 2026 prioritises inclusivity, diversity, and global representation. A total of 250 participation seats are available across multiple categories, including 100 funded seats awarded through a competitive, merit-based process.

Eligibility Criteria

The summit is open to individuals aged 17 to 46 from all countries and backgrounds. Applicants may include:

  • Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students
  • Young professionals and early-career leaders
  • Entrepreneurs, researchers, activists, and volunteers
  • Individuals from all academic and professional disciplines

Nationality, sector, or academic background is not a barrier to participation.

Fully Funded Seats (40)

Coverage includes:

Partially Funded Seats (60)

Airfare and accommodation are not included for partially funded participants.

A single application form is used for both funded categories. A refundable application fee of USD 17.99 applies.

Applications are reviewed by an independent assessment team based on:

  • Academic, professional, or community engagement
