The Concept Foundation is expanding its dynamic and dedicated team, and is currently seeking two Programme Officers to support its growing portfolio of impactful global health initiatives. This recruitment is part of the Foundation’s broader commitment to advancing access to quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) products through innovative research, strategic partnerships, and sustainable development models.
Position Overview
The Programme Officer roles are full-time positions based in one of the following locations: Accra (Ghana), Bangkok (Thailand), Kigali (Rwanda), Nairobi (Kenya), or, as a less preferred alternative, Geneva (Switzerland). The selected candidates will play a central role in providing day-to-day programmatic and operational support to one or more projects, depending on their assigned unit—either the Research and Development unit, or the Manufacturing, Market Access, and Business Development unit.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Officers at Concept Foundation work closely with senior technical staff and project managers to implement and coordinate activities aligned with the Foundation’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities
- Supporting the preparation of project reports, documentation, and knowledge management
- Engaging with local and international partners, including governments, NGOs, and private sector actors
- Contributing to budgeting and financial monitoring processes
- Supporting procurement and contracting processes
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and donor requirements

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will bring a combination of technical knowledge, programmatic experience, and strong organizational skills. Minimum qualifications include:
- A university degree in public health, international development, pharmacy, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in programmatic support or project coordination
- Familiarity with global health and development sector standards and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages are an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and within a remote and geographically dispersed team
