Global School Leaders (GSL) — an international nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education leadership across the Global South — has announced two exciting opportunities for aspiring changemakers to join its global team. GSL is currently inviting applications for two paid, remote internships: Policy Analyst Intern (4 months) and Fundraising Infrastructure Intern (6 months).
These roles form part of GSL’s cohort-based intern program, designed to provide early-career professionals and graduate students with a meaningful introduction to international education work. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, professional development, mentorship, and cross-cultural collaboration, offering participants the opportunity to engage directly with GSL’s mission of improving learning outcomes through stronger school leadership.
About Global School Leaders
Global School Leaders works to strengthen education systems by empowering and training school leaders across low- and middle-income countries. The organization partners with local organizations in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to develop evidence-based training programs, promote equity-driven education reforms, and support the professionalization of school leadership.
Through its network, GSL supports the development of thousands of school leaders who collectively reach millions of students. Its data-driven approach combines research, policy engagement, and systems change, ensuring that the needs of school leaders — and the communities they serve — are central to improving educational quality and equity.
