Empowering the Next Generation of Change-Makers
Stichting Women Win invites passionate, motivated, and socially conscious individuals from around the world to apply for its upcoming internship programme, running from October 27, 2025, to April 30, 2026. These remote internships offer a unique opportunity to contribute to global gender justice efforts while gaining hands-on experience in a values-driven, international NGO.

Internship Overview
Interns will work remotely but must be available to collaborate during Central European Time (CET) hours. Participants will commit to a minimum of 3 days per week, receiving a monthly stipend of €300 in recognition of their contributions. Each role is designed to provide meaningful, practical experience aligned with Women Win’s mission to advance the rights and leadership of girls and women worldwide.
Interns can choose from four distinct teams, each with specific responsibilities and learning opportunities. Applicants must clearly specify their chosen role in their cover letter.
Available Internship Roles
1. Funds Team
Team Focus:
Support for key programmes including the FREE STEM Fund, FREE GROW Fund, and the ONSIDE Fund.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grantmaking support and grantee database maintenance
- Data visualisation and presentation development
- Event planning and logistics
Ideal Candidate:
- Interested in grantmaking and participatory funding
- Has basic skills in data visualisation (e.g., Canva, Tableau, Dovetail)
2. Learn Team
Team Focus:
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) across various funding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data cleaning and standardisation for datasets
- Identifying trends, insights, and data gaps
- Developing qualitative coding tools using Dovetail
Ideal Candidate:
- Educational background in social sciences, development, or business
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with analytical tasks
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or Dovetail (preferred)
3. GRLS Accompaniment Team
Team Focus:
Gender inclusion in sport programmes including adidas Breaking Barriers and the Nike Gender Inclusion Learning Journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content creation related to gender and sport
- Workshop co-facilitation
- Developing and refining gender inclusion resources
- Conducting desk research
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in gender studies, sport for development, or education
- Skilled in facilitation, especially in virtual settings
- Passionate about sport as a tool for social change
4. Win-Win Strategies Accompaniment Team
Team Focus:
Women’s economic empowerment through partnerships, due diligence, and strategic funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Learning Hub sessions and materials
- Conducting qualitative data analysis
- Translating findings into meaningful communications
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in international development, communications, or business
- Interest in corporate engagement and women’s economic inclusion
Common Responsibilities (All Positions)
Regardless of team, all interns will contribute to the organisation’s success by providing support in the following areas:
- Scheduling and administrative coordination
- Research and data organisation
- Content and communication material development
- Meeting and event logistics
Candidate Profile
To be eligible, applicants should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 6 months) from a relevant academic programme. The ideal intern is:
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- An effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Culturally aware and aligned with Women Win’s values
- Equipped with personal tools for remote work (computer, webcam, stable internet)
