Call for Applications: Country Representatives – Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) in Africa
The Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) Initiative is inviting applications from early-career evaluators across Africa to serve as Country Representatives.
This opportunity is aimed at individuals who are passionate about advancing evaluation practice in their country and committed to representing and amplifying the voices of Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) within regional and global evaluation spaces.
Role Objectives
Selected representatives will:
- Serve as the primary liaison for YEEs in their respective countries
- Promote the active participation of YEEs in national evaluation processes and systems
- Support advocacy and capacity-building efforts at the country level
- Contribute to regional knowledge sharing and collaboration
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Identify as a Young or Emerging Evaluator (typically with less than 5 years of experience in evaluation)
- Be based in an African country and have strong connections with the evaluation community
- Demonstrate commitment to advancing evaluation practice, particularly among youth and early-career professionals
- Possess strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
