Participants who wish to attend the event on-site at The Westin Tokyo must register by the specified deadline. Due to limited venue capacity, registration does not guarantee in-person participation. If demand exceeds available seats, selected applicants may be asked to shift to online attendance.
On Thursday, October 2, successful in-person registrants will receive an admission pass via email from the ICEF Secretariat ([email protected]), which will be required for entry at the reception desk on the day of the event.
Important Notes for International Attendees:
- The ICEF Secretariat is unable to provide assistance for visa applications or other travel-related documentation.
- International participants are advised to make independent travel arrangements and ensure timely visa processing, if necessary.
Online Attendance
Deadline to Register:
Thursday, October 9, 2025 (by the end of the Closing Session)
Online participants can register until the final day of the event, offering a flexible option for global attendees who cannot travel to Tokyo. By Friday, October 3, registered online participants will receive detailed program information via email from the ICEF Secretariat.
Those who register on or after October 3 will receive the program schedule and instructions via auto-reply once their registration is processed.
Important Registration Instructions
- All registrants must select their participation format—either in-person or online—at the time of application.
- There is no fee to attend ICEF 2025 in either format.
- The event platform recommends using modern browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox to ensure a smooth registration and viewing experience.
- If a confirmation email is not received after submitting the form, participants are advised to check their spam or junk mail folders. If still unresolved, they should contact the ICEF Secretariat directly.
- After the in-person registration deadline (Sept. 24), it will no longer be possible to apply for on-site participation. Only online registration will remain open.
