Their mission is to advance sexual and reproductive well-being for all through trusted information, expanded access to high-quality services, and cultural transformation.
A core part of fulfilling this mission lies in the organization’s suite of robust digital tools, which serve millions annually. With a commitment to sustainability, accessibility, and equity, Power to Decide continues to enhance its technological infrastructure to better support and empower users.
To strengthen these efforts, Power to Decide is currently hiring two full-time Fellows for its Digital Programs team. - Monitor and maintain the quality of listings to ensure compliance with inclusion standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, particularly when legal or policy changes impact clinic information.
- Support ongoing team operations and adapt to broader project needs.
- Utilize tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Monday.com for data tracking and workflow management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
Power to Decide seeks individuals who are passionate about advancing access to reproductive health care and who bring a strong attention to detail, initiative, and collaborative energy to their work.
Ideal candidates will:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs).
- Show strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines with reliability and responsiveness.
- Be resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of solving problems independently and creatively.
- Exhibit comfort and professionalism in written and oral communication, particularly during phone-based outreach.
- Enjoy research, data entry, and accuracy-driven tasks, and take pride in the quality and clarity of their work.
- Be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Reside within the United States.
