Project Overview

This Leverhulme-funded project explores everyday legal disputes through the lens of climate change. While climate litigation is a well-established field, this project addresses a largely unexplored area—how everyday legal actions intersect with climate-related issues. The research seeks to expand the understanding of the broader field of litigation that touches on climate, even when not explicitly framed as “climate litigation.”
