Teach For All is currently seeking a Program Manager of Girls’ Education to further the organization’s 25-year vision and global commitment to equitable education. This role is instrumental in strengthening gender equity and advancing quality education for girls across the global network. Working in close collaboration with the Head of Girls’ Education, this position focuses on leadership development, community building, and resource curation, serving educators, alumni, and network partners committed to gender equity in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Capacity Building & Program Development
The Program Manager leads the design and delivery of the flagship Global Girls’ Education Fellowship and its accompanying online course. These programs reach hundreds of participants, including staff, fellows, and alumni across Teach For All’s network, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and mindset required to become effective advocates for girls’ education.
In addition, the manager supports the development of new learning experiences as part of the emerging Global Institute, helping to shape high-quality, need-responsive training programs. They are also responsible for facilitating in-person sessions, tailored to meet the evolving needs of network partners.
Community and Partnerships Engagement
The role is pivotal in building strong, collaborative relationships across the global organization to embed a shared commitment to girls’ education. The manager will lead the relaunch of the Global Girls’ Education Community of Practice—fostering peer learning, shared practice, and collective advocacy among a global cohort of equity-focused leaders.
Furthermore, the manager cultivates a vibrant network of gender equity advocates—including fellows, alumni, and partner organizations—to exchange locally grounded practices and global insights.
Subject Matter Expertise
Staying abreast of global trends and research related to intersectional girls’ education and gender equity is central to the role. The Program Manager curates, synthesizes, and disseminates best practices, developing case studies and overseeing the Girls’ Education Learning Resource Hub to ensure wide accessibility and relevance.
External Representation
The manager amplifies the voices of those leading impactful work in girls’ education—teachers, alumni, students, and staff—through media, public engagements, and strategic partnerships. Representing the initiative in external forums is a core aspect of building Teach For All’s presence in global gender equity conversations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5–6 years of relevant experience, specifically within the domains of girls’ education, gender equity, or related fields.
- Demonstrated understanding of Teach For All’s mission and operational model. Experience with a network partner, as a participant or staff member, is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and virtual working environment. Experience working across diverse cultures and time zones is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build inclusive communities and manage projects across multiple regions and teams.
- Deep sensitivity and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Compensation and Work Logistics:
This is a fully remote position with a competitive salary based on country of hire and prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included. Applicants must already have valid work authorization for their location, as employment visa sponsorship is not available.
Given the global scope of the organization, occasional calls during non-traditional hours are expected. All work is delivered virtually, although in-person engagements may occur periodically.
