Applications Open Until September 2, 2025
Program Overview
In a world increasingly shaped by complex conflict, social fragmentation, and the erosion of global norms, effective peace leadership is more critical than ever. The Yale Peace Fellowship, hosted by the International Leadership Center (ILC) at Yale University, offers a transformative opportunity for mid-career leaders working on the frontlines of conflict prevention, peacebuilding, and post-conflict reconciliation.
This highly selective program brings together 16 emerging peace leaders annually from diverse professional backgrounds—civil society, diplomacy, politics, religion, and social enterprise—to explore innovative approaches to conflict transformation and leadership in divided societies.
