As Global Youth India celebrates ten years of amplifying youth voices across borders, the organization is embarking on a new chapter with the launch of its 2025 recruitment drive. With a renewed vision and energy, Global Youth is assembling a dynamic, cross-regional team to shape the next decade of youth engagement, international collaboration, and transnational storytelling.
The organization is currently inviting passionate and committed individuals to apply for a range of leadership and volunteer positions. These voluntary roles offer meaningful opportunities to contribute to a global youth platform that has consistently championed dialogue, diplomacy, and cross-cultural understanding.
Who Can Apply?
Global Youth India’s recruitment drive is open to both Indian and international applicants. The initiative is particularly suited for students, early-career professionals, and emerging changemakers with a strong interest in youth leadership, diplomacy, policy, communications, and advocacy.
The positions are voluntary (pro bono), making them ideal for individuals who are passionate about civic engagement, public service, and global collaboration—without the limitations of geographical boundaries.
Available Roles
The available positions fall under two broad categories: Core Team and Regional Verticals.
Core Team Roles
The Core Team is responsible for shaping the public narrative of Global Youth and maintaining its digital presence. Positions include:
- Social Media Heads – Strategic planners to lead platform growth and engagement
- Deputies – Individuals who can assist in strategy execution and manage content calendars
- Social Media Members – Creative contributors skilled in writing, design, video editing, or campaign planning
These roles offer a unique chance to lead Global Youth’s online communication and engagement, crafting stories and campaigns that reach thousands of young people worldwide.
Regional Vertical Roles
Global Youth is also recruiting for its Regional Verticals—teams that represent and lead activities within specific global regions. Each region will have three levels of leadership:
- Regional Heads – Responsible for leading and shaping youth engagement strategies within a geographic focus
- Deputy Heads – Supporting regional heads and leading independent initiatives or projects
- Regional Members – Contributing to local outreach, communications, and project implementation
Openings are available in the following regions:
- Indo-Pacific
- South Asia
- Middle East and North Africa (MENA)
- Sub-Saharan Africa
- East and Southeast Asia
- Latin America
- Europe
- North America
This structure allows for localized engagement while maintaining a unified global approach, enabling youth from across continents to work collaboratively on projects, campaigns, and dialogues that matter.
