FNB Graduate Programme 2026: A Gateway to Private Banking Excellence (Salary – R35572)

First National Bank (FNB), part of the FirstRand Group—Africa’s largest financial institution by market capitalisation—is inviting ambitious, finance-focused graduates to apply for its Graduate Programme 2026. This structured initiative is aimed at developing a pipeline of exceptional talent for the bank’s Private Banking and Advice (PB&A) division.

The PB&A Graduate Programme is an exclusive, contract-based opportunity designed to bridge the gap between academic study and professional excellence in the financial services industry. Through hands-on experience, targeted training, and strategic mentorship, the programme enables high-potential graduates to step confidently into the role of Private Advisors, capable of serving the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals.

This is not just an internship. It is a dynamic, real-world education in the business of banking, wealth planning, and client management.

A Vision for the Future of Private Banking

FNB has long been recognised for its innovation, customer centricity, and award-winning digital banking capabilities.
