1. Human Resources Clerk – Document Management

Supervisor: Senior Human Resources Officer, Compensation and Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage HR documentation and filing systems
- Ensure timely retrieval and secure storage of HR records
- Assist in employee file audits and data entry
Eligibility Criteria:
- A diploma in Human Resources Management, Office Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
2. Programme Officer – Creating Opportunities for Youth and Women in Africa (COYWA)

Supervisor: Director of Social Development: HCID
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support programmes that promote youth and women empowerment
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes
- Liaise with stakeholders and report on progress

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Gender Studies, or Social Sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in youth or gender development programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
3. National Coordinator – AUDA-NEPAD National Office

Duty Station: Selected African Union Member States
Supervisor: Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate AUDA-NEPAD’s country-level initiatives
- Serve as a focal point between the national government and AUDA-NEPAD
- Oversee local implementation of regional strategies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Public Policy, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in government or development agencies
- Strong strategic, diplomatic, and leadership capabilities
4. Communications and Public Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Project Management, Administration, or related area
