1. Marketing Lead
Location: Ghana
Position Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with fairafric’s brand and mission
- Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and customer insights
- Manage and oversee digital marketing, product launches, and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Eligibility & Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within FMCG or sustainable brands
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- A deep understanding of branding, sustainability, and social impact is essential
2. Social Media Content Executive
Location: Ghana

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms
