Role Overview:
The Recruitment Specialist will play a central role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding qualified professionals for international development projects. Operating within the Business Development Unit, the successful candidate will support the acquisition of technical experts for proposals funded by organizations such as GIZ, KfW, and the European Union.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit experts for ongoing and upcoming project proposals.
