The Institute for Security Studies (ISS), in collaboration with the Clingendael Institute, is inviting applications from qualified experts to serve as a consultant for the review of the Legitimate Stability Research Programme. Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for reviewing the entirety of the Legitimate Stability Research Programme. This includes:

• Evaluating the programme’s impact on policy and practice within the fields of peace, governance, and security.
• Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Producing a final review report with clear recommendations to guide future programming and dissemination.

The work will be conducted remotely, with close collaboration with the project teams at ISS and Clingendael. Engagements may include interviews with stakeholders, literature review, and analysis of internal documentation.
