About the Global Survivors Fund

The Global Survivors Fund (GSF) was co-founded in 2019 by Nobel Peace Prize Laureates Dr. Denis Mukwege and Nadia Murad with a clear mission: to enhance access to reparations for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence worldwide. GSF fills a critical gap by delivering interim reparative measures when states or perpetrators fail to act, while also supporting and advocating for survivor-centred, sustainable reparations systems at national and international levels.

With a focus on technical assistance, advocacy, and direct support, GSF is grounded in a survivor-centric approach, ensuring that survivors are central to shaping the reparative processes that impact their lives.

About the Reparation Praxis Hub

The Reparation Praxis Hub is a key component of GSF’s work, functioning as a cross-cutting platform for research, knowledge exchange, and best practice development. It serves as a community of practice and resource centre dedicated to advancing the field of reparations for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence, while supporting national and local-level initiatives.
