2025 Reach for Gold Social Impact Fellowship

Empowering a New Generation of Changemaker
The Reach for Gold Social Impact Fellowship is a bold, transformative program designed to equip emerging leaders with the tools, mindset, and collaborative networks needed to drive innovative and sustainable change in communities across the globe. This flagship initiative of the Reach for Gold Initiative brings together purpose-driven individuals from diverse backgrounds who are united by a common goal: to address pressing social challenges and create lasting impact.
About the Fellowship
The Fellowship is more than a training program—it is a dynamic leadership journey. Through a carefully structured experience that includes mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, community engagement, and the design and implementation of a capstone project, fellows will develop critical skills in project management, leadership, communication, and social innovation.
Participants will engage in intensive learning experiences designed to stretch their thinking, deepen their understanding of complex social systems, and enhance their capacity to lead meaningful change. Fellows will leave the program not only with practical tools and experience but also as part of a growing global network of changemakers committed to inclusive and sustainable development.
Program Origins and Mission
Since launching in April 2023, the Reach for Gold Initiative has worked closely with communities—beginning with the Iboropa community in Ondo State, Nigeria—on initiatives focused on education, economic development, and sustainable infrastructure. These experiences have informed the creation of the Social Impact Fellowship, which is now set to scale its impact by investing in 100 emerging social innovators worldwide.
By equipping these fellows with the skills and support they need to lead transformative projects, the Initiative is helping to seed long-term change in areas such as education, public health, economic empowerment, infrastructure development, and beyond.
