Hivos is Seeking an Administrator – Business Development Unit – Apply Before July 2, 2025

Location: The Hague, The Netherlands (Hybrid – 50/50 remote work policy)
Hours: 32–36 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed-term, based on Global Office labor conditions
Salary: €2,931.36 to €3,757.56 gross/month (36 hrs/week)
Hivos is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Business Development (BD) Unit. In this pivotal role, you will maintain our CRM system and provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the unit responsible for program development and securing institutional donor funding.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM System Administration
- Maintain and update business development and donor data within Hivos’ CRM system.
- Act as liaison with All Solutions Helpdesk for CRM-related support.
- Lead data integrity monitoring and reporting for strategic decision-making.
- Keep CRM manuals and user instructions updated and accessible.
- Train new staff and key users on CRM and donor contact management processes.
2. Team & Unit Support
- Provide administrative support to the BD Unit Head and broader team.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage logistics.
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant MBO/Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in functional application or data management.
- Strong background in CRM administration, data integrity, and reporting.
- Demonstrated administrative support experience, ideally in an NGO or global context.
Skills & Competencies:
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical and results-driven.
- Professional, organized, and customer-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Able to work independently and in a multicultural, international environment.
