Mode of Internship
The internship will be conducted in a hybrid mode, with a strong preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR. Selected interns will be required to attend in-person meetings, parliamentary briefings, or committee sessions, where applicable. The hybrid model aims to ensure flexibility while also providing on-ground exposure to the legislative process.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in the following activities:
- Researching current legislative and policy issues relevant to parliamentary debates.
- Drafting briefs, reports, and notes for the MP on diverse topics across sectors.
- Assisting in preparing questions, speeches, and interventions for the Monsoon Session.
- Monitoring proceedings of the Rajya Sabha and relevant parliamentary committees.
- Coordinating outreach activities and stakeholder communication.
- Supporting administrative work related to the MP’s parliamentary responsibilities.
