Who We’re Looking For

To join our team, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school graduate (Grade 12)
  • Minimum of 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
  • No visible tattoos while in uniform
  • Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
  • Outgoing personality, a team player, and customer-focused

Our open days are walk-in events—no pre-application required. Candidates should arrive by the listed start time and bring a copy of their resume and a recent photo. Emirates also hosts invite-only recruitment days; candidates must apply online for these.

Cabin Crew Training Journey

Selected candidates undergo a rigorous 7.5-week training programme in Dubai. This includes:

  1. Induction (3 days) – Welcoming you to Emirates and helping you settle into Dubai.
  2. Safety & Emergency Procedures (13 days) – Covering firefighting, evacuation, and in-flight emergencies.
  3. Medical Training (5 days) – Managing CPR, bleeding, burns, childbirth, and other medical issues.
  4. Security Training (2 days) – Handling security threats, unruly passengers, and hijacking scenarios.
  5. Hospitality Experience (2 days) – Learning Emirates’ service standards.
  6. Uniform Grooming (1 day) – Guidance on maintaining professional appearance and lifestyle.
  7. Service Experience (14 days) – Simulated aircraft training on service delivery across Economy, Business, and First Class.
