1. Heat Relief Shelter Aide
Location: Various U.S. Cities
Closing Date: 10 July 2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate assistance to individuals seeking heat relief in designated shelters.
- Monitor shelter conditions and ensure a safe environment for all clients.
- Assist with intake procedures and provide information on available services.
- Coordinate with local agencies to ensure clients receive necessary support.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in a shelter or social services setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
2. Education Specialist
Location: Various U.S. Cities

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for refugee and immigrant children.
- Assess educational needs and create individualized learning plans.
- Collaborate with schools and community organizations to enhance educational opportunities.
- Provide training and support to educators and volunteers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse populations, particularly refugees and immigrants.
- Knowledge of U.S. educational systems and resources.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

3. Digital Literacy Navigator
Location: Various U.S. Cities

Responsibilities:
- Provide digital literacy training to refugees and immigrants.
- Assist clients in accessing online services and resources.
- Develop and maintain digital literacy curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Education.
- Experience teaching digital literacy skills to adults.
- Familiarity with online platforms and digital tools.
- Strong communication and instructional skills.
- Patience and adaptability to work with diverse learners.
4. Senior Core Services Caseworker
Location: Various U.S. Cities
Closing Date: 9 July 2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to refugees and immigrants.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans.
- Coordinate with community resources to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management or social services.
- Knowledge of refugee resettlement processes and resources.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
5. Youth Program Assistant
Location: Various U.S. Cities

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of youth programs.
- Provide mentorship and support to refugee and immigrant youth.
- Organize recreational and educational activities.
- Collaborate with schools and community organizations.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience working with youth, particularly in a multicultural setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

6. Childhood Development Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Support early childhood education programs for refugee and immigrant children.
- Assist in the development and implementation of age-appropriate activities.
- Monitor child development and report concerns to supervisors.

- Experience working with young children in a group setting.

7. Youth Futures Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programs that support the transition of refugee and immigrant youth to adulthood.
- Provide career counseling and job readiness training.
- Facilitate access to higher education and vocational training opportunities.
- Build partnerships with local employers and educational institutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with youth, particularly in a refugee or immigrant context.
- Knowledge of career development and educational pathways.
- Strong networking and partnership-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
8. Casework Program Manager
Location: Various U.S. Cities
Closing Date: 9 July 2025
Responsibilities:
- Manage casework services for refugees and immigrants.
- Supervise and support caseworkers and other staff.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
- Monitor program outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management or program management.
- Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of refugee resettlement and social service systems.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
9. Administrative / Office Assistant
Location: Various U.S. Cities
Closing Date: 9 July 2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to program staff.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Maintain filing systems and handle correspondence.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Development Director
Location: Various U.S. Cities

Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising efforts to support IRC programs.
- Develop and implement donor engagement strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with individual and institutional donors.
- Oversee grant writing and reporting processes.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising or development.
- Proven track record of securing major gifts and grants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
