Location: Parkville, Victoria (Remote/On-site flexible)
Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term (12 months)
Salary: $85,238 – $97,906 p.a. plus 17% super

About the Role
Join the University of Melbourne as a Global Mobility Officer and play a key role in supporting international talent acquisition and global mobility services. You will provide expert guidance on visas and relocation, ensure compliance with immigration requirements, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the global mobility experience for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of high-quality global mobility and relocation services.
- Provide expert visa advice to hiring managers, staff, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations across all visa types.
- Assist with continuous improvement of global mobility processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HR, recruitment, immigration, or global mobility.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Solution-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
