Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the 2026 intake, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Age: 26 years or younger at the time of application.
- Work Experience: Less than 2 years of full-time employment post-graduation.
- Citizenship: South African citizen by birth or naturalization. Citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
- Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a B-degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) qualification (NQF 7).
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems/Information Technology
- Academic Performance: Minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
