  • Digital skills training programs.
  • Provision of access to digital devices and internet services.
  • Development of online platforms for information and support.

Improved digital competencies leading to better access to services and employment opportunities.

Projects should be inclusive, targeting vulnerable groups such as elderly migrants and those with limited prior education.

Topic 4: AMIF-2025-TF2-AG-INTE-04-PATHWAYS – Complementary Pathways Linked to Education

Objective:
Develop and implement complementary pathways for migrants to access education and vocational training.

Eligible Activities:

  • Creation of educational bridging programs.
  • Partnerships with educational institutions for accreditation recognition.

Funding Details

  • Total Budget: €9,000,000
  • Maximum EU Grant per Project: €3,000,000
  • Minimum EU Grant per Project: €1,500,000
  • Co-financing Rate: Up to 100% of eligible costs

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Applicants:
    • Legal entities (public or private bodies)
    • Established in EU Member States (excluding Denmark) or Associated Countries
    • Minimum number of partners required varies by topic (e.g., Topic 1 requires at least 3 partners from 3 different Member States)
  • Ineligible Applicants:
    • For-profit entities as coordinators (except for Topic 5, where international organizations can be coordinators)
  • Eligible Activities:
    • Must align with the objectives and priorities outlined for each topic
    • Should involve transnational cooperation and knowledge exchange

Application Process

  • Submission Portal:
    Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Funding & Tenders Portal.
  • Deadline:
    16 September 2025, 17:00 CET

Evaluation and Award Criteria

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    Projects must define measurable KPIs to monitor progress and outcomes.
  • Reporting Obligations:
    Regular progress reports and a final report detailing achievements and financial expenditures.
  • Audit and Compliance:
    Projects are subject to audits by the European Commission to ensure compliance with financial and operational regulations.
