Internship Streams – Teams Hiring Interns

Choose your path from a variety of exciting domains:

  • Project Administration: Learn the full lifecycle of technical project management. Build skills in coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • UI/UX Design: Work on real design features for One App across African markets. Learn about the complete product development journey—from research to launch.
  • Risk & Compliance: Understand enterprise-level risk and compliance frameworks. Contribute to data privacy projects and strategic compliance planning.
  • Strategy & Partnerships: Assist in strategic planning, competitor analysis, and business modeling. Strengthen your skills in project management and decision-making.
  • Legal & Regulatory Affairs: Gain exposure to legal processes, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance using advanced tools.
  • Service Operations – Observability Engineer: Analyze service logs, identify operational gaps, and apply automation and data science to improve performance.
  • Value Management Office: Build real-time dashboards and ensure data quality across departments. Develop hands-on reporting skills.
  • Supply Chain Management – Operations: Contribute to improving compliance and operational efficiency in supply chain processes.
  • Human Resources: Experience all facets of HR—talent acquisition, employer branding, learning and development, business partnering, and employee engagement.

Who Can Apply

We welcome diverse talent from all academic backgrounds. Whether your passion lies in technology, operations, business, design, law, or HR, we want you to bring your unique perspective to our team. The ideal candidate:

  • Is between 21 and 26 years old
  • Has completed undergraduate coursework (awaiting graduation or graduated in the last year)
  • Is not currently in full-time employment
  • Is available for six continuous months

The Selection Process

  2. Technical Assessments: A short evaluation to understand your core skills.

  4. Group Interviews: Showcase teamwork, critical thinking, and communication.
