The IV Kazan Global Youth Summit is an international platform that brings together outstanding young leaders, changemakers, scholars, entrepreneurs, and youth representatives from across the globe. Hosted in the culturally rich city of Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, the 2025 edition of the Summit will explore the theme:
“Education of Personality in the Era of Global Changes: Values-Based Career Development.”
As the world navigates rapid technological, social, and economic changes, youth today face both unprecedented challenges and remarkable opportunities. This year’s Summit aims to foster meaningful dialogue around how education, personal development, and ethical leadership can drive sustainable, inclusive progress in diverse societies.
Through engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, and collaborative networking, participants will explore the evolving concept of education not only as an academic pursuit but also as a holistic process for nurturing responsible, values-driven global citizens.
Objectives of the Summit
- To create a platform for dialogue among youth on the future of education and personal development in a fast-changing world.
- To exchange best practices on youth engagement, ethical leadership, career readiness, and lifelong learning.
- To strengthen international youth cooperation by bringing together representatives from key global regions.

Who Can Apply
Applications are open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of the Summit.
- Nationality: Open to citizens of:
- Member States and Observer States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)
- BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa)
- Countries from the Asia-Pacific region
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Applicants should demonstrate English language skills equivalent to B2 to C1+ according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), as the Summit will be conducted entirely in English.
- Professional and Academic Background: Priority will be given to applicants who are:
- Leaders of youth associations and civil society organizations
- Representatives of international organizations working on youth issues
- Influential youth advocates or influencers with a track record in community engagement
- Young entrepreneurs committed to sustainable and ethical business practices
- Scholars or early-career professionals engaged in research or work related to youth, education, or career development
Applicants who meet the minimum requirements but do not fall into the priority categories are still encouraged to apply and will be considered.
Application Process and Important Dates
- Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted by 10 June 2025 at 23:59 Moscow time (UTC+3).
- Selection Process: Due to the high volume of interest, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Applicants are advised to submit complete and compelling applications in order to be considered.
- Visa Information: Participants selected for the Summit will be contacted with detailed guidance on visa arrangements. Support for visa applications will be provided by the organizing committee where needed.
