About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic planning. As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in driving the execution of internal and client-facing projects while ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be comfortable working across teams that span multiple time zones. You should be confident in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and able to quickly adapt to evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Manage communication among cross-functional teams including product, development, marketing, and client success.
  • Facilitate strategic planning meetings and contribute actionable insights to improve performance and delivery.
  • Implement and manage project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project to monitor progress, assign responsibilities, and track milestones.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and adjust timelines or resources as needed to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with broader organizational objectives and client expectations.
  • Document all phases of project work including reports, process updates, risk logs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Promote best practices in project governance and team collaboration across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative project management strategies to the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success in managing projects, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and agile or waterfall workflows.
  • Proficiency with digital project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Notion).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflict, and deliver results collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working across U.S. time zones (Pacific, Central, or Eastern).
  • High attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-cultural team.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or tech-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with client service or talent placement processes.
