About HISA

The Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA) is proud to announce that for the first time ever, the HISA Youth Fellowship will be hosted in the United Kingdom, at the prestigious University of Oxford. Following highly successful events in Europe, the United States, and South Africa, HISA is bringing its globally recognized platform for youth leadership and collaboration to Oxford from 23rd to 26th August 2025.

This international fellowship offers a fully funded opportunity for emerging leaders from around the world to engage in transformative dialogue, policy innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration. A total of 30 fully funded scholarships, along with 100 partially funded and 50 self-funded seats, are available for eligible applicants.

The HISA Youth Fellowship 2025 is designed to equip young professionals and changemakers with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to lead global policy conversations.   • Demonstrate fluency in English (IELTS is not required)
  • Show a clear interest in public policy, global development, youth empowerment, or diplomacy
