About Seefar

Seefar is a social enterprise with a mission to transform the lives of vulnerable people through innovative, evidence-based programming. With a focus on migration, irregular displacement, human trafficking, and reintegration, Seefar combines technology, psychology, and behaviour change to deliver lasting impact. The organisation operates globally through two core entities: Seefar Foundation, which leads programmatic delivery, and Farsight Global, a sister company offering research and advisory services. Together, the team of over 100 professionals provides high-impact solutions for governments, donors, and international organisations across Africa, Asia, and Europe.

In 2024, Seefar’s migration programme supported Syrian refugees in securing documentation, guided Afghan migrants in transit, and created job opportunities for rural Iraqis. In 2025, initiatives include facilitating legal migration pathways for Nigerians to Europe, enhancing reintegration systems, and embedding migration considerations into broader development programming.

  • Translate large datasets into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2. Methods & Statistical Analysis (30%)

  • Conduct advanced data analysis, including causal inference, data cleaning, regression modelling, and mixed-methods triangulation.
  • Guide sampling strategies and ensure adherence to research best practices.

  • Train field teams and enumerators where needed.
  • Contribute to peer review processes and knowledge sharing.

4. Strategy & Innovation (10%)

  • Identify new tools, topics, or methods to enhance research strategies, such as AI-assisted analysis or advanced data visualisation techniques.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of Seefar’s MEL frameworks.
