About the Team:
The Data Analysis and Planning (DAP) team’s mandate is to foster a thriving data and learning culture within Teach For All. As the Director, Impact Measurement Strategy, you will engage in the following key activities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Framework Development:
- In collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, develop internal data and learning strategies to support Teach For All’s objectives.

- Define the impact each team wants to demonstrate and map the necessary data to track progress against outcomes. This involves building out impact frameworks for specific teams and ultimately integrating them into a broader, organization-wide results framework.
2. Managing Execution of Strategy:
- Partner with the DAP team and data champions within other teams to operationalize the data strategies and frameworks developed across the organization.
- Ensure smooth data collection, analysis, and storage processes, collaborating with teams to ensure effective measurement of program activities.
- Assist teams in measuring the impact of specific activities, such as the long-term effects of a learning experience or the annual impact of a community program.
3. Analyzing and Reporting Data:
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to program effectiveness and impact.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of data dashboards and visualizations, enabling stakeholders to easily access and interpret data findings.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing data analysis and offering clear recommendations for program improvements.
4. Capacity Building and Support:
- Coach and support program teams and colleagues across the organization to enhance their monitoring, evaluation, and learning practices.
- Foster a culture of data-driven learning by providing guidance, training, and resources to teams on how to best use data to inform their work.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or consulting, with a focus on education, social impact, or international development.
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, data analysis, and developing data and learning strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute systems and processes that support a diverse set of stakeholders and foster a data-driven organizational culture.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and coach others through various phases of a project or initiative, with a focus on improving data and learning practices.
- Experience working with data systems and analytical tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI) and the ability to learn and master new tools independently.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
- A high degree of flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different time zones, often during non-traditional working hours.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and cultural responsiveness.
- Professional fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
