• Academic Enrollment: Current enrollment in a PhD program or in the final year of a Master’s program.

• Age Limit: Applicants must be under 30 years of age at the time of application.

• Language Proficiency: Very good knowledge of English.
• National Service: Completion of National Service by October or November 2025.
