  • Assist in basic video editing tasks—such as clipping, subtitles, and formatting—as well as in scripting, storyboarding, and managing production workflows.
  • Maintain brand consistency across visual and multimedia outputs.

4. Digital Analytics

  • Track performance metrics across ORF’s website and social media channels.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use analytics to inform and refine communication strategies for improved impact.

5. Event Communication Support

  • Support the planning and promotion of flagship ORF events, panel discussions, forums, and webinars.
  • Draft promotional content, coordinate media outreach, and ensure real-time coverage and post-event engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event communications with broader institutional messaging.

6. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with ORF’s wider communications team to conceptualise and execute integrated communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with researchers, fellows, editors, and operations staff to amplify research outputs and institutional visibility.
  • Participate in cross-functional brainstorming and campaign development meetings.

7. Research & Professional Development

  • Stay abreast of trends in digital communication, social media, multimedia storytelling, and emerging technologies.
  • Take initiative to upskill through training and research on communication tools and platforms relevant to think tank and policy engagement.

8. Vendor & Technical Coordination
