Though academic performance is important, KPMG adopts an open access policy. They understand that personal circumstances, including socio-economic factors, can impact academic results, and they will assess applications holistically, considering context and potential in addition to grades.

Training and Development

At KPMG, professional development is central to the success of their employees. The ACA Accelerated Programme is a key element of this graduate journey, providing an immersive experience and helping graduates pass the majority of their ACA exams in their first year. The programme combines online learning with in-centre classroom courses, using innovative technology to accelerate learning. KPMG also offers structured support from both their tuition provider, BPP, and the dedicated Early Careers Development team to ensure graduates thrive.

Graduates who join a Scottish office will pursue the ICAS (CA) qualification, which follows a similar structure, providing support for exam preparation and skill-building sessions, alongside internal training to foster professional growth.

Throughout the entire programme, KPMG offers a blend of training opportunities designed to provide graduates with the technical knowledge and practical experience needed for their roles. After completing the qualification, graduates will continue to develop through practical experience and additional learning, ensuring that they are fully equipped to take on future challenges.
