As the Program Operations Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to drive sustainable development across East Africa. Your role will be essential in ensuring the effective implementation of Heifer’s regional programs, supporting local teams, and fostering collaboration across partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Program Operations: You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of Heifer’s programs in the region, ensuring that objectives are met and the impact is maximized.
- Collaborate with Local Teams: Your expertise will guide and support local teams to achieve program goals, ensuring that projects are efficiently managed and implemented at the grassroots level.
- Foster Partnerships: You’ll work closely with a wide range of partners, from local organizations to international stakeholders, to create collaborative, sustainable solutions for food security and resilient livelihoods.
- Ensure Effective Monitoring & Evaluation: You’ll help design and implement strategies to monitor and evaluate the success of programs, ensuring they deliver lasting positive change for communities.
