Represent Ethiopia at the 3rd Edition of the PLO Pan-African Quiz Competition 2025
The PLO Lumumba Foundation – Ethiopia Chapter is excited to invite passionate and knowledgeable young Ethiopians to apply for the honor of representing Ethiopia at the 3rd Edition of the PLO Pan-African Quiz Competition, to be held during the PLO Bootcamp in Nairobi, Kenya.
Organized under the Africa Mentorship Programme, this prestigious competition promotes Pan-African values, historical awareness, and leadership among African youth. We will select one male and one female representative to compete on behalf of Ethiopia.
About the PLO Lumumba Foundation
The PLO Lumumba Foundation is a Pan-African organization established to promote leadership, mentorship, and development initiatives across the African continent. With a presence in over 40 countries, the Foundation is dedicated to driving positive change and creating a brighter tomorrow for Africa through various programs, including the Africa Mentorship Programme, education bursaries, and advocacy for Pan-African ideals.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must:
- Be Ethiopian citizens.
- Be active members of the PLO Lumumba Foundation – Ethiopia Chapter.
- Be aged between 18 and 30.
- Be current university students.
- Be passionate about representing Ethiopia at a continental level.
- Possess knowledge in the following areas:
- Pre-colonial African civilizations.
- African independence movements and key figures.
- Pan-Africanism and the formation of the OAU.
- Agenda 2063 and AfCFTA.
- African governance, current affairs, technology, and culture.
- Be available to travel to Kenya in August 2025.
- Possess a valid passport.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
To apply, please submit the following documents:
- A copy of your valid passport.
- An updated CV or résumé.
- A 1–2 minute video answering the following questions:
- Why do you want to represent Ethiopia?
- What inspires your passion for Pan-Africanism and African history?
