Salary: €44,335 – €50,719 (EUR), based on country of residence
Employment Type: Permanent/Indefinite, Full-time (35-40 hours/week)

The Centre for Public Impact (CPI), a not-for-profit organization founded by Boston Consulting Group, is dedicated to improving government systems to address the world’s complex challenges. CPI supports governments, public servants, and change-makers globally, fostering effective, equitable governance.

The Global Associate – Impact will play a pivotal role in enhancing CPI’s operations by maintaining knowledge repositories, managing data systems, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and generating insights that support the organization’s mission of advancing social change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage data collection tools and systems for various programs.
  • Analyze both qualitative (interviews, partner feedback) and quantitative (surveys, program data) data.
  • Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations to highlight program trends and insights for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain and update the organizational knowledge repository.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager on strategic initiatives such as annual reports and learning circles.
  • Engage in continuous feedback and professional development within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in areas related to impact evaluation in development work.
  • Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • A commitment to advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) within CPI’s impact work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly.
