Why This School? Why Now?
We are living in a time of profound and unpredictable change. Across the globe, social movements, civil society organizations, and activists face growing repression, shrinking resources, and anti-democratic conditions. Despite these challenges, the need for transformative change is more urgent than ever. We cannot return to the status quo, and we must reimagine how to navigate this critical moment.
JASS believes that the way forward requires rethinking, reimagining, recommitting, and re-strategizing.
The Global Movement Builders’ School offers an opportunity to reflect on these challenges, think critically about power dynamics, and find pathways to create lasting change in our communities and beyond.
