The Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR) is seeking a dedicated Programme Manager in the field of Humanities & Social Sciences to join its dynamic team. Candidate Profile: Expertise & Key Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A PhD in Humanities or Social Sciences with a strong understanding of interdisciplinary research.
  • A deep interest in emerging trends in Humanities & Social Sciences and their broader societal impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in Luxembourg’s R&D sector.
  • A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative.
  • Experience in a research funding or research policy environment (considered an asset).
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English and German is required, with at least B2-level French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage. – Comfort with digital tools and technologies used in research, data analysis, and communication.
