Candidate Profile: Expertise & Key Skills

- Excellent communication skills, enabling the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in Luxembourg’s R&D sector.
- A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative.
- Experience in a research funding or research policy environment (considered an asset).
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English and German is required, with at least B2-level French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage. – Comfort with digital tools and technologies used in research, data analysis, and communication.
