Empowering Women in Rural East Africa: Apply for the Spring Impact Scale Accelerator 2025 (Fully-funded Consultancy Support)
Women in rural East Africa face persistent barriers that hinder their economic resilience. Limited access to resources, unstable employment, and deep-rooted societal norms often prevent them from reaching their full potential. To tackle these challenges,Spring Impact’s Scale Accelerator: East Africa – Women’s Economic Empowerment program is offering fully funded consultancy support to established NGOs and social enterprises in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
A Program Designed for Impact
The Scale Accelerator program is tailored for organizations that have already developed proven solutions to strengthen women’s economic resilience. The initiative provides hands-on support, expert coaching, and strategic planning to help organizations scale their impact sustainably.
What Participants Will Gain
Organizations selected for the program will benefit from:

Who Can Apply
This opportunity is open to established NGOs and social enterprises operating in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Eligible organizations must:
- Have a proven intervention that has been running for at least a year and demonstrates clear impact.
- Be financially stable and committed to dedicating significant time to the program.
- Have at least 2–3 staff members, including a leadership team member, actively participating.
- Be ready to expand to new locations, target groups, or enhance current efforts.
Two Program Routes
Participants can choose between two structured paths:
- Expert Consultancy: Up to 2 years of tailored technical support for select NGOs with high-scale potential.
- Leaders of Scale Training: A 6-month online intensive program equipping leadership teams with the skills and strategies for scaling.
