  • EUR 3,000.00 per month for professors and experienced researchers

In addition to the monthly stipend, scholarship recipients may be eligible for additional funding to support academic events or further research activities in Germany or other European countries, helping to broaden their academic reach.

Health Insurance Requirement

All scholarship holders must have valid health insurance during their stay at the Max Planck Institute. Applicants must ensure that they have adequate health insurance and provide proof of this before the scholarship is granted.
