About the Fellowship
TAARIF is designed to foster transformative research and creative exploration through the lens of trans perspectives* in the fields of arts, policy, law, and society. This fellowship provides a unique opportunity for Indian early-career trans scholars* to enhance their research and writing skills, with the goal of publishing groundbreaking work in a transnational academic journal.
Key features of the fellowship include:
- A digital format, allowing scholars to engage remotely, with one week of offline engagement for in-person interactions and collaboration.
- A monthly stipend of INR 50,000 to support the selected fellows during their fellowship period.
